All plans are 14 days and include breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2-3 snacks. Recipes and grocery lists are provided.

I loved participating in your Metabolic Challenge. I need to focus more on what I put in my mouth and this gave me accountability to do that. I kept the “whole food” concept foremost in my head! I am one who really lacks willpower and crackers and chips are so easy to reach for!! Thanks for taking the time to teach and encourage me how to jumpstart my metabolism and that there are many parts that go into doing just that.
